Sergei Kamanen

Sergei Kamanen

Sergei Kamanen was born in 1915 in a small town in the region of Nizhnovgorod. In the 1930's he began his studies at the Art College of Yaroslavel. He went on to continue his training at the Art College of 1905 in Moscow, which he completed in 1905. In 1945 he completed a second degree at the Institute of Cinematography. He became Deacon of the Institute's Art Department, and remained as such until 1987.
